Responsibilities

·         IT support for Mintel employees for hardware and software problems

·         Remote IT Support for users in Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and India

·         Coordination of IT policies with Mintel’s Global IT Support and Infrastructure teams

·         Administration of user accounts and access rights

·         Installation and preparation of laptops for new users

·         Prompt email, ticket system and phone response

·         React to notices about major system problems and escalate issues to our Global IT Infrastructure and Support teams

·         Maintain asset register of company hardware

期望每周到岗至少3天或以上，实习时间朝九晚六。

计算机网络相关专业优先。

实习补贴：100元/天
