Responsibities: 1) Check employee's claim carefully and timly to meet T&E cut-off date 2) Communicate with staff about uncleared claim. 3) Make sure each claim in line with T&E policy's requirement. Qaulifications: - Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualification - Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A well structured and motivated self-starter with high integrity. - Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel) is a must; SAP knowledge strongly desired - Performance driven, able to manage projects & deadlines. - A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility - Positive, eager to learn and can work under pressure
