Basic Requirement •Must stay student identity during whole internship •Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week •Starting date ASAP

Brief Description of Assignment •Collect the field complaints data from all sensors, e.g. W&G, CAC, Online etc. •Transfer all customer complaints into MB standard complaints •Combine and rank all the complaints to identify the top quality issues within each month •Deliver the results with valid complaint sources to each PF team •Create QSF data pool to deal with ad-hoc field complaint requests from the counterparty •Support to generate QSF weekly and monthly quality report for the brand and also for each carline •Provide support for other reporting request from the team

Qualification Requirement •Excellent study results in Industrial engineering and management or Business Administration •Excellent project management, MS Office (PPT, Excel, Access), communication and intercultural skills •Proficiency in English in both oral and written as a must, German and Chinese also desirable •High communication skills and high analytical skills •Responsibility, discipline and willingness to success •Good team spirit
