KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

1. Novelty Search or Freedom to Operate search for patents in China and worldwide; 2. Collection and analysis of Patent cases in SIPO Reexamination board or Courts 3. Summarize NDAs List and Documentation; 4. Trademark online protection; 5. License Renewal in MOFCOM and Shanghai Technical Contract Office 6. Other tasks according to cases;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Excellent educational background to Bachelor degree level or beyond in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, or a related chemistry discipline; 2. Search experience on Scientific (or patent) database; 3. Knowledge of and/or experience in lab research is preferred; 4. Ideally Knowledge of and/or experience of patent drafting and prosecution experience 5. Fluent in reading Chinese and English;
