Responsibilities: 1. Daily administrative works for Sourcing team 2. PMC Report/System Update 3. New Employee Onboard Preparation 4. Ishop Order (Laptop/accessories etc..) 5. Meeting and training arrangement/organization 6. Stationary Inventory & order 7. File transfer Qualification: 1. Colleague degree or above 2. Stability on working time , at least 4 days per week , possible to work over 6 month 3. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese 4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS office 5. Interpersonal and communication skill 6. Proactive toward work

1.TR approval support team: BMC Employees for PM/ Manufacturing/ EMS & ODM Partner Management/ODM Operations/Global Supply Planning/Supply Chain Management/Sourcing/Business Management/ Spare Parts Procurement/CS Operation Control/ IPQM/IPPM/High Volume Quality Assurance
2. Badge apply / Business Card apply/ Swap phone apply/Shoes order
3. lunch coupon ( BMC)
4.Invitation letter preparation
5. SSA consolidation
6. Send office letter in Mail room (DH)
7. Support to do reimbursement
