Job description: -Responsible for CI-Hotline AP/NA steering task related reports -responsible for CUA AP/NA steering task related reports -Collecting CI-Hotline global disturbance reports -Exporting regular reports from Oracle database -Supporting ticket quality analysis for CI-Hotline AP/NA Job requirements -Good at Microsoft office software (word, excel, PowerPoint…) -University education in computer science -Familiar with Oracle database usage, and good at programing -Good in communication skills, team-working and collaboration -Fluent in English (spoken, written, comprehension)
