HR Business Partner support
Daily employee internal process (including Probation Evaluation, Internal transfer, Contract renew, Employee exit, Subsidy application and etc.) coordination and monitor GSS progress. Material/signature collection, logistics and other administrative works.
Provide simple company internal process guidance and answers (GSS, services referral, PMP tools and other daily issues) to employees.
Follow up and collect non C&B data from managers & consolidation
Employee training list maintenance and update. Arrange payments and expense accrual.
Consolidate and support non C&B information HR related reports.
PMP round table schedule coordination, detailed calendar preparation, 4Success round table set up and etc.
Other routine work and coordination.

Staffing, On-boarding
1. Prepare for the documents for new employees on-boarding.
2. Coordinate the on-board logistics. Provide day one on-boarding introduction to new employees in Shanghai. Arrange labor contracts signing and collect relevant materials for further process.
Requirements
1. Good command of English, both oral and written
2. Proactive attitude and good team work spirit
3. Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to help
4. Good computer skill in MS office application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
5. Minimum available to work four-day in a week for six months and above period
