Assist in the BMW Financial Services customer retention project, including dealer retention, customer retention marketing campaign etc;

Support customer data analysis and data collection for marketing campaign, CIC, retention relevant report;

IT Project management support for CRM & retention system, including requirement analysis and confirmation, use case and testing review and drafting, user application testing, system go live and rollout;

Facilitate retention team task, such as team administration, purchase request process, team member business travel, vendor payment, team building organization etc; 

Bachelor degree with the major of Marketing, Finance, IT or Business Administration;

Prefer postgraduate recommendation student who is not hurry for job hunting during internship, could spend much time on learning and working with the team;

Fluent English and Chinese oral, listening and writing skill;

Willing to work at least for 6 month as internship, 4-5 days a week;

Willing to work in the area of CRM, Automotive, Automotive Finance, Marketing, and IT project management;

Could work under high working pressure and high speed working rhythm, keen to learn.
