【工作内容】 Provide services on Employee’s life cycle and transaction management. Ensure high-quality standards for all HR Employee Services activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the HR organization, details include, o Employee pre-boarding/on boarding and exit process o Probation and contract renewal management o Resident permit application o Employee contract and P-file management o Employee commercial Insurance enrollment management o Provide reports as required 【要求】 应届生可稳定实习到毕业,后一年外包留用,续签转正。 大三/研二同学,不限专业,实习后皆可有后续留用机会。 一周4天,非应届生稳定实习6个月左右 对HR employee services方向感兴趣的同学优先 本科120/天,研究生150/天,全市16条班车路线,偏远地区需谨慎!
