Description:
1.Identifying ER/Health activities needs and work out the plan.
2.Based on group’s communication format, update DWDE annual communication plan
3.Implement ER/Health, Communication plans and make sure 100% on time accomplishment
4.Follow up E-Star status and budget’s control
5.Organize employee leave interview to weekly report the turnover reasons
6.Control the total ER budget is within budge
7.Finalizes and complete the annual employee satisfaction survey. And follow up satisfaction survey improvement issues .
8.Follow up the status of employees’ suggestions and give feedback
9.Handle employee disputes or any labor law issue;
10.Handle the commercial insurance issues
11.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
1.Colleague‘s degree with a minimum of 1+ years of employee relationship or Human resource
management related experience in foreign companies. Fluent English a is preferred.
2.Has understanding of labor laws
3.Be familiar with HRP system.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
5.Strong influence, coaching and presentation skills.
6.Self-initiative
7.Good at computer skill with office soft, special at Power-Point and Excel.
