Responsibilities Front Service Officers are responsible for greeting and assisting parents, students, and teachers by communicating clearly and offering the best customer service possible. Ø Assist parents, students, and teachers during class time, including phone interaction and face-to-face interaction Ø Assist parents, students, and teachers with questions, directions, performance schedules, and other information pertaining to Studio Education to help create a customer service driven academic experience Ø Stationed at Front Desk to check-in students, and process all transactions regarding forms of payment (cash and credit cards) Basic Qualifications Ø Bachelor’s degrees, preferably with qualifications in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism, Medical, or Educational Management Ø Good command of both English and Chinese Ø Must have solid customer service mindset when handling all parents’ transactions. Pleasant personality and strong emotional intelligence focus (good with all ages and enjoys children) Ø Previous work experience in hotel, customer services, training schools, and tourism or medical industry preferred Ø Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the company, including shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
