Key Responsibilities •Support on creative content production of recruitment marketing •Support on creative design for offline and online HR materials/channels (poster, standee, banner or others). •Assist in logistics tasks of recruitment events •Assist in recruitment (including job posting, phone interview, offering process…) •Basic admin support for staffing, e.g., meeting room book •Help in HR document filing •Ad-hoc assignments as needed Qualifications/other skills
•Familiar with PPT/Keynote and office software •Good communication skills
•Good command of English
•Ability to multi-task and has sufficient flexibility to follow several projects concurrently •Can-do attitude •Able to work 3 days per week (weekdays) at least 6 months
