Main Responsibilities
Administration coordination and assist on the office daily operations, e.g. new cast member check in, monthly lunch card recharge, office facility issue tracking, PO & invoice filings etc.
Assist on office activities organization, e.g. birthday party quarterly, family day, hobby club etc.
Assist on the logistics arrangements on office meetings and trainings.
Other projects assigned by office manager.
Requirements
Bachelor degree and prefer major in Administration or Accounting
Oral and written English
Work at least 3-4 days a week
Sense of responsibility, be creative and good at communication
