工作职责:
1.协助HR进行员工招聘工作,涵盖:职位发布,简历筛选,面试要约,入职通知,合同签订等;
2.协助HR完成员工档案管理工作;
3.参与HR相关项目。
岗位要求:
1.大学在校生,本科(在读)及以上学历;
2.每周工作时间保证在4个工作日;
3.勤奋踏实,良好的学习能力和灵活性;
4.英语读写熟练,听说良好;
5.电脑操作熟练,熟悉office使用;
6.能适应长时间电话沟通工作。
Responsibilities:
Screen CVs from all kinds of sources;
Update the database of recruiting every week ;
Making phone calls with applicant professionally and arrange interviews;
Others duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Junior university student; (Major in HR is a plus)
Interested in HR knowledge;
Minimum three days work per week; (prefer Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin;
Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software;
Professional communication skills;
