Job description (routine tasks):
1Coordinate global, AP regional, China regional team meetings (invitation, hotel booking, meeting room & catering, etc.)
2Manage department files, share folders. Maintain Portal etc.
3Support GM/SO-AP team on the weekly reports, customer profile update 4Maintain the GM system to follow up the Quality Warranty information 5Task status follow up 6Office stuff administration 7Sales Assistant (Hotel booking, Restaurant booking, Expense Report & Schedule Arrangement) 8Other tasks assigned Requirements: 1Fluent English (oral and written) 2Computer skills (familiar with MS excel, powerpoint, word, access) 3Team spirit 4Attention to detail 5Communication skills 6Initiative and willingness to learn 7Self-discipline & Self-motivation 8Internship in other multinational corporation or working experiences in automobile and parts industry is additional advantage 9Be able to work at least 3 days per week- Female
