职位概要:
该职位将服务于居住在演职人员生活区的演职人员。
This position will be responsible to conduct services and build relations to all Cast Members who live in the cast dormitory.
主要职责Key Responsibilities
每日跟进服务反馈、评价及监督。履行上级经理分配的工作,并执行在运营区域的其他相关工作。
Day to day follow up- Guest services comments, influence and oversight. Emulates all duties and responsibilities while offering the following additional contributions to the operating area:
与物业管理、安保、一线演职人员及其他部门的同事沟通,作为宿舍日常运营的联系窗口。
Communicate with property management, security, front-line Cast Members, peers in other lines of business and serve as the point-of-contact for day-to-day operations.
与人事运营部门配合办理新员工入职, 宿舍入住/退宿手续。
Cooperate with HR Operation team for new cast members onboarding appointment, dorm check in/check out produce.
与团队合作,提高活动影响力、建立实施国际标准的合作方式、并在需要时寻求支持。
Partner with the Cast Housing team to maintain awareness of initiatives; establish and implement international standard corporation and gain appropriate support/buy-in when needed
资格要求Required Qualifications

Willing to learn operational service experience and skills
具有服务意识和技巧,善于沟通,愿意积极主动地为住户解决问题。
Service mindset and skills, like to communicate with others. Willing to solve problem for others.
有快速解决冲突和管理变化的能力
Demonstrated abilities to deal effectively with conflicts and manage changes
可接受弹性工作时间安排,包括晚间、周末、节假日及其他多变的排班时间
Be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and other variable shifts
具备英文书写交流能力
Ability to communication in written English
