Importation

1. To assist the documents preparation for importation, including data maintain, chopping process and courier follow up.

2. To assist the system upload or download

3. Necessary communication with importation brokers.

Planning

1. Support demand planning in data updating and follow up

2. Support System parameter maintenance

3. Assist in other supply chain related KPI reports

4. Support supply chain related projects: Return management, POP management, Warehouse Stock-take, Stock destruction, etc.;

5. Ad-hoc: participate in supply chain projects by managing new initiatives as goal setting; assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Years of Experience:

<1 years or above working experiences in planning and importation. Experiences in FMCG industry are preferred.

Education/Training:

BA/BS college degree or its equivalent.

Other:

1. Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, planning methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.

2. Strong knowledge on other software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

3. This position requires strong analytical, consensus decision making, and presentation skills and problem solving skills.

4. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.

5. Good facilitation skills are required.

6. Be proactive and detail oriented.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
