Job Purpose
The HR Intern is responsible for supporting HR business partners in HR daily administration, coordination, and assisting with associated HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate HR meetings, including schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes and follow up, etc.
Draft HR related documentations or letters, maintain HR related data and produce spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Follow up on cast member status change documentation processing.
Support on training delivery, workshops, events related to HR function or business functions.
Translate HR related documents into Chinese or English.
Maintain HR file and system according to guidance.
Provide assistance to HR projects or activities (i.e. working with Legal on collecting, translating, formatting standard communication documents & sample template).
Other related HR tasks assigned by line manager.
Working Relationships
Internal: China HR team (C&B, L&D and Staffing team, etc.) and China Cast Members.
External: Outsourced HR functional vendors, candidates, and company activity supporting vendor.
Education:
Studying for a Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, English, Legal, Communication, Journalism or other related field preferred
Can work at least 3 days per week.
Core Skills:
Strong communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Proficiency with MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability
An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure
Able to handle confidential information -high level of personal integrity
