Role OverviewIn response to increasing demand for the Winnow System in China, we are excited to recruit a Chinese national intern to help our customers be successful in implementing our product. This customer facing role is a great opportunity to develop a range of skills including communication skills; project management skills; analytical skills and time management skills.
In addition to the daily tasks outlined below, the role will have plenty of opportunities to get involved in independent projects and a chance to learn about all areas of our global business whilst working with colleagues in different geographical locations.
Upon successful completion of the 6 months’ traineeship, we will consider converting the trainee to a full-time role.
Key responsibilities:
Act as Key customer support person to existing clients in China with daily site performance monitoringAssist Customer Success Executive in clients’ on-boarding process and follow-upPrepare regular sites’ reports and performance analysisCollaborate closely with internal teams in different regionsTake initiatives to improve internal process and procedure (in line with Winnow Int’l)Take on ad-hoc projects when required
Person Specification
Education and experience:
Candidates are at least degree educated from a reputable universityYou should be a familiar and competent user of Google applications and Microsoft OfficeYou will have excellent verbal and written English language skills
