基础招聘工作,简历筛选,人事档案管理等
负责公司日常行政工作
接待公司访客,接听前台电话,维护公司企业的形象
支持配合公司各部门工作,按时完成上级领导交代的其他合理的任务
【任职要求】
具备良好的英文书面及口语表达能力,
具备的沟通协调能力
形象气质佳、性格开朗,具有良好的亲和力和服务意识
熟练操作办公自动化设备和Office软件
诚实敬业,工作认真细心,责任心强
可以周末上班
【Key Responsibilities】
Basic recruitment, selects candidates’ resume, personnel files management
Responsible for daily administration works
Responsible for the reception of visiting customers, answer the Front Desk telephone, maintain the corporate outstanding images
Assist company internal departments to complete works, and able to complete tasks on time
【Job Requirements】
Proficient in English and Mandarin with strong English written and verbal skills.
Excellent communication skills
Good-looking and elegant, cheerful and outgoing, patient and having good senses of customer service
Skilled in office Microsoft software
Honest, Initiative, responsible and detail oriented
