Job Responsibilities:
1. 1. Set up and configuration of manufacturing desktop hardware, software, switch and peripherals.
2. 2.Coordination of helpdesk work with end users, including backup, anti-virus software, WSUS, ACL and allocation of
hel helpdesk requests to other IT departments.
3. 3.Support and check the IT security measures implement in RBAC
4. 4.Scheduling regular meeting and participating basic training to ITM-Coordinators of all divisions
5. 5.Coordination of in-step process
Job Requirements
1. 1.Fluent spoken and written English
2. 2.Quick thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills.
3. 3.Good communication skills: concise but able to translate tech talk into understandable terms.
4. 4.Knowledge of IT security technique: Symantec anti-virus, network device, windows and backup tools.
5. 5.ISO27001 IT information security knowledge will be better.
6. 6.Understanding IT network architecture
7. 7.Confident appearance and presentation competence.
