工作职责:
1.在顾问的指导下通过电话等渠道搜寻合适候选人; 2.搜集整理简历,电话面试筛选候选人; 3.向顾问推荐合适人选,与顾问沟通并撰写推荐报告; 4.协助顾问为客户安排面试,并对面试的情况进行跟踪; 5.维护并及时录入人才数据库,并及时更新; 6.协助顾问完成其他相关工作。
工作要求: 1. 全日制本科及以上学历,热爱猎头行业,愿意在人力资源领域长期发展;
2. 有一定的分析和判断力,较强的语言沟通表达能力,学习能力佳;
3. 目标意识明确,结果导向,自我激励,主动性强,具有强烈的上进心;
4. 善于与人沟通,有一定的客户服务意识;
5. 良好的团队协作意识;
6.对快消,奢侈品行业有浓厚兴趣;7.实习表现者提供转正
Researcher
Responsibilities:
1. According to client’s requirements, assist consultants to search suitable candidates through a variety of ways (including cold-call searching), preliminary screening candidates, and communicate with candidates effectively.
2. Input candidate’s information to the database, Responsible for updating &maintaining the database.;
3. Analysis relevant market information, organize and complete project information, update information in the project management system.
4. Review projects with consultant.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; ( Finance, Internet, Medical, Real Estate, Manufacture, Management, Human Resources related majors preferred;)
2. 1+ year working experience,previous experience in recruitment /telephone sales /headhunting are highly preferred;
3. Good communication skills, pressure management skills & willingness to learn.
4. Good English skills , both speaking & writing.
