Role and responsibility: 1. Support PM to organize meetings and arrange travel &logistics. 2. Assist PM for documents preparation, i.e. presentation materials 3. Translation and interpretation support. 4. Daily secretarial support like typing, filing, phone, fax & email handling, etc. 5. Support project related coordination and communication Qualification: ·Basic organization and coordination skills ·Familiar with travel &logistics arrangement ·Familiar with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel ·Excellent in English reading and writing
