【关于公司】  ★ 10年前由2个浸淫猎头界数十年的英国绅士在香港创立,目前一共4个办公室遍及香港、新加坡、上海、北京,员工总数在100名不到,走Boutique高大上路线(比传统外资大公司做得精专,比start-up 小公司又要稳定靠谱)  ★ Function-based的分组,主要有HR, Finance, Sales Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D几大团队(有别于传统按行业分组的局限,不易受行业大环境影响,比如说现在制造业没前些年景气了我们就更多做零售快消这样子)  ★ 客户以五百强外企为主,行业遍布零售快消、化工制药、机械重工、专业咨询,专注50万年薪以上中高端职位(不接low活,打交道的候选人水平有保证)  ★ 北京office 成员多为海归或者名校背景,每个team leader都是从业经验6-10年甚至10年以上的资深招聘顾问,团队之间互帮互助, 齐心协力为客户提供量身定做、专业贴心的招聘方案 (男女比例差不多是1:1, 猎头圈来讲相当少见啦)  【关于职位】  ★ 我们想要:  · 大学本科以上学历,销售市场/人力资源/英文/财会金融/医疗制药相关专业优先  · 有比较丰富的实习、社会实践经验  · 性格外向,沟通能力强,英文听说读写流利  · 极强的学习能力,强烈的好奇心,喜欢挑战新鲜事物,对招聘与人力资源领域具有浓厚兴趣  · 脚踏实地,有韧性和耐力,能承受一定压力,责任感强  · 成熟,有清晰的职业发展目标  · 一周少工作4天且能持续工作3个月及以上。  ★ 我们提供:  · 有竞争力的薪酬 (实习期间140-160元/天)

Job Responsibilities 

• Sourcing the suitable candidates per job brief and specific requirements  

• Pre-screening, assessing candidates upon specific job responsibilities  

• Working closely with Team Leader to develop and execute a multi-channel approach, utilise direct and indirect sourcing channel, develop talent communities  

• Responsible for job posting on a regular basis and track response / feedback  

• Follow up with candidates on interview feedback properly after attending the client and candidate interview 

• Thorough and in depth research in the target company and positions accountable for.  

• Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information. 

Qualifications 

• The successful candidate will be a person who already has 6 months to 2 year’s working experience, ideally in recruitment or sales function. 

• Confident, ambitious, hardworking, comfortable cold calling to new people 

• Motivated by both earning potential and career advancement. 

• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates as well as maintain and build a strong talent pipeline will ensure your success.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present thoughtful, detailed, and accurate information in written reports, as well as in telephonic and in-person presentations. 

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
