职位描述：
Key Accountabilities: Conducting real estate market research through various research methods, including telephone interview, desktop research and site visit Responsible for compiling real estate news on weekly basis Review quarterly Property Market Report of South China Closely working with other team members and using own initiative to actively contribute to the team Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor degree in real estate, statistics, business, finance, economics or other relevant subjects. MA/ MSc degree is a plus. Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point. At least 3-4 days a week at the workplace.
