Job Objectives: This position will provide overall assistance for Human
Resources Department, especially focus on C&B and Employee Relationship
function. Main Responsibilities: Assist the direct superior in handling
documentation & paperwork Set up and maintain personnel data, HR
personal file filing Be responsible for the employee card, assist to
maintain attendance system and ensure the accurate database Follow up
employee's Shanghai residence permit application Be responsible for daily HR
administration Provide assistance to any other HR projects or activities Other assignments for direct superior Main Requirements: Bachelor
Degree, major in Human Resources education background is preferred Good
working knowledge of PC software, such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint Good
communication skills and interpersonal skills Flexible and adaptable and
dedicate to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external
customers Good command of English and Chinese Be able to work for three
days at least per week
