KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities) 1. Coordinate interview arrangement 2. Handle candidate screening through telephone interview 3. Employees’ documents filing 4. Be responsible for staffing and recruitment data cross checking 5. Make and improve various staffing and recruitment report 6. Support on staffing activities. 7. Assist Supervisor in staffing projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies) 1. 4 working days per week for 6 month; 2. Open-minded and self motivated; 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills; 4. Strong team spirit; 5. Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English; 6. Good computer competence.
