Responsibilities: Provide reception service in the initial time: handling switch board, correspondences/mails, receive visitors, newspaper and journals, notification distribution and etc.前台工作:接转电话,收发传真及信件,接待访客,报刊管理,通知发放等 Affairs with Property Management Company such as bills, maintenance and check to equipments, coordination and communication 负责处理与物管之间事宜:如各种帐单、共用设备维护检查、协调沟通等 Responsible for managing water supply, plant, pantry area, tea area and etc.负责管理供水、植物、餐饮间、员工休息区等 Clean up and update to e-copy of admin materials行政类电子资料的整理、更新 Arrangement and file of admin materials hard copy行政类文档资料档案的整理、存放保管 Assist with security management协助安全管理事宜 Assist with distributing regulations on security, fire preventing, sanitation and health; assist with check on these协助宣传公司安全、消防、卫生等制度,协助上级定期检查 Assist with organizing for events and meetings协助组织公司各种活动和会议 Take other assignments from supervisor 负责主管交办的其他工作
Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies): Diploma degree and above 2017届毕业生 Good English skills of reading and writing良好的英语读写能力,CET-6优先 Computer skill and familiarize with office applications熟练应用电脑及办公相关软件 Well organized and quick-headed, able to handle multi-tasks做事有条理,有较强的应变能力,善于处理繁杂事务 Good capacity with workload, can work under pressure工作承载能力较强,能够面对工作压力保持有效的工作状态 Pro-active and self-motivated, be careful and details-oriented积极主动、工作认真踏实 Good ability of communication, coordination and team-work 具有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神
