Job Description / Responsibility: 

fulfils a service roll on the technical side of the business. 

responsible for the quality of the samples that leave the office and will be judged accordingly. 

responsible for the release fo the sample, two weeks prior to delivery date.

responsibility to ensure that suppliers are properly briefed, to minimize the number of resubmission’s required. 

responsible for processing the sample in less than five working days.
