Summary of
Position:
Reporting to the Bidding and Data center Manager, the position is primarily responsible for Marketing Stragtegy.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
The primary accountabilities include:
1. CRM analysis, data input, generates reports and other maintenance support in the CRM database.
2. Updating all marketing materials and maintain them in all communication platforms on regular basis
3. Regular communication with the international Business units to gather latest updates from all sites
4. Research support for marketing project, other market research to improve company branding strategy and database improvement
5. Supporting all international business units operational marketing requests
6. Responsible for maintaining track of all marketing materials on stock or need to be purchased or printed
7. Responsible for making phone calls to potential clients to learn more details
8. Translation support on regular basis for the sales and marketing EN/CN – CN/EN
Key Skills and
Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good command of English
- Good writing skills in English and in Chinese.
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge of Microsoft system (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Good knowledge on internet & different search tools

- University Degree in marketing or sales or business administration
- Ability to schedule one’s work on a long term basis
- Ability to write research documents in a clear and structured way.
- Ability to analysis database
- A positive approach to dealing with people

- Creative.
