Due to the expansion of our business in China, we are seeking an Sales Administrator Intern to support our recruitment business. Responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to: organising business activities, translation of internal documents between English and Chinese, preparation of business report as requested, maintenance of business compliance through Hays internal database management system, coverage of the front desk as needed, and other ad hoc projects assigned by the line manager.
To be qualified for this opportunity, you will need to have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, high level of integrity, “Can-do” attitude, and attention to details. You must be able to tak proactive approach in completing given tasks and be technology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook). Good English language skills are also required both in writing and speaking. Previous administrative working experience is preferred but not required.
