Purchasing Intern(上海总部，采购部)
Job Title:
Assistant of logistics purchasing, CP/PUI11-AP Department
Job Description:
1. Support for adding new lanes adding for overland, seafreight, airfreight contracts 2. Daily Fuel price index tracking 3. Supporting RFQ process, RFQ calculation (warehouse, overland, Sea/Air freight) 4. Market intelligence collecting, trends 5. Administrative work: contract filing, workshop or meeting material preparation ect. 6. Prepare for the presentation PPT for ongoing projects and information collection 7. Cost saving and develop support tools with Excel
Requirements:
- Willingness and security to work fulltime (at least4 days/week) for at least 6 months - Fluent English both in speaking and writing (at least CET-6, will do translation work) - Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) - Strong logic ability and analysis ability, engineering background preferred
Location: 333 Fuquan Road North, Shanghai 200335 P.R. China Company shuttle bus at Songhong Rd Subway Station
Payment:
115 RMB/Day for Bachelor (Before Tax) 145 RMB/Day for Master (Before Tax)
Ps:
1.有详细的工作笔记， 所以比较容易学。2.Head of Department 是德国人，很锻炼英语口语哦。
3.Mentor高要求，能学到很多东西。
3.同桌人很好，不懂的地方会得到详细的指导。
其他：
关于伙食：博世有自己的食堂，品种丰富~早中晚饭都可以在公司解决，各种套餐，西餐，盖浇饭，风味等应有尽有，中餐选择丰富，有14块的中式套餐（两荤两素＋水果/饮料），各种风味菜式（麻辣烫，各种干锅，牛肉土豆粉，热干面，石锅拌饭等，蛋包饭等等），还有西餐（牛排，意面，披萨，沙拉等等），而且一顿不会超过20块~另外博世还有小卖部，蛋糕零食咖啡奶茶全天供应，每一层楼都有茶歇的地方，下午tea break的时候可以几个人一起去喝咖啡聊天。
关于交通：公司有直达五角场，大柏树，云山路，三林，莲花路地铁站，莘庄的长线班车。坐地铁的话在地铁2号线淞虹路站下，全天都有短途班车接送。
