Position: Intern, Technique Support

Department: Service Operation

Location: Jiading, Shanghai

Responsibilities:

•Collecting and analyzing external data and internal knowledge for internal projects

•Participating in workshop operations user journey and technical support process design

•Supporting Service Program in special task forces

•Supporting meeting preparation

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university; Major in Automotive, Economics or Computer Science is preferred

•Technical support or warranty analyzing related working experience is a plus

•High level of entrepreneurship and creativity

•High level of analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

•Fluent in English

•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
