Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and invite target speakers/attendees with the guidance of the supervisor by phone calls/emails

2. Collect relevant market and industry information through desktop research and tele-research

3. Work together closely with the project sales team

4. Assist the summit documents and files preparations

5. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor

6. Department rotation in Sales for a period if needed

2. Willingness to make phone calls 

3. Good command of English and Chinese

4. Quick learner, desire to learn new things

5. Good team worker

6. University degree or Above

7.Intern is acceptable

1.在上级的指导下判定目标演讲嘉宾和参会嘉宾并通过电话或邮件定向邀请

2.通过网络和电话调研收集相关市场和行业信息

3.与销售团队紧密配合并提供辅助

4.辅助完成会议资料的整理

5.完成上级交代的其他任务

6.根据项目需求酌情决定是否安排在销售部门轮岗
