主要职责
· 接听多线电话、转接电话给相应的内部员工并在需要时记录电话留言
· 组织安排和维护前台工作区域,接待来访者并为其提供信息或引导
· 处理信件,签收快递
· 礼貌并有效地向来访者或内部员工提供帮助
· 作为和安保的联络者,确保来访者得到有效的引导,包括贴来访者标签,签署单方保密协议等工作
· 组织安排顾客或来访者的会议、准备茶点或午餐
· 与人力资源的同事紧密合作,确保给应聘者,顾客和来访者提供的服务体验
· 处理日常行政工作和其他需求
· 其他职责:根据业务发展需要,完成管理层指定的其他工作

Responsibilities
· Answering multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed.
· Maintaining and organizing front reception area. Greeting and providing directions or information to visitors.
· Sorting mail; signing for packages.
· Providing effective and courteous service to all visitors and existing employees.
· Act as a liaison to security to ensure visitors are checked in with proper identification, visitor badges, and have signed non-disclosure agreements etc.
· Set up and organize customer & visitor meetings, refreshments & lunches.
· Work closely with HR to ensure a great experience for employees, visitors, and guests.
· Available to work on administrative activities and other management requests.
· Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

· The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous in person as well as on the phone.
· Show attention to detail and accuracy.
