The Role We are seeking an energetic, seasoned receptionist to greet our onsite visitors and answer incoming calls. This position will be contract to hire. Responsibilities As the first and last point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors you should meet and be responsible for the following requirements: Answering multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed. Maintaining and organizing front reception area Greeting and providing directions or information to visitors. Sorting mail; signing for packages Providing effective and courteous service to all visitors and existing employees Act as a liaison to security to ensure visitors are checked in with proper identification, visitor badges, and have signed non disclosure agreements etc. Set up and organize customer & visitor meetings, refreshments & lunches Work closely with HR to ensure a great experience for employees, visitors, and guests Requirements An upbeat, energetic, positive, mature and professional attitude The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous in person as well as on the phone Show attention to detail and accuracy Have the ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities Excellent communication Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc) Previous experience is a plus Looking presentable Basic English communication
