Job Title: EC Admin Assistant-Intern Department: Marketing/市场部 Location: Shanghai(长宁区福泉北路) Job Responsibilities: 1) Arrange the meeting schedules for the E-commerce marketing team, manage team`s calendar and be responsible for the logistic of meetings, e.g. booking meeting rooms and lunch etc. 2) Be responsible for all the marketing activity payment for the team, ensure all the payments can be paid on time. Communicate with regional and local finance team, stakeholders and vendors, in order to get approvals or confirmation for each payment. 3) Track the budget status and main agency hour, need weekly report on the market budget balance and agency hour balance 4) Arrange the agenda and logistic for all the team visitors, including hotel booking and car arrangement etc. 5) Help with team members` travel schedules, including ticket booking, transportation arrangement and visa application etc. 6) Handle the contracts for all the marketing activities 7) Organize team activities and team buildings according to supervisor` s instruction 8) Generally assist the team for the daily operations Job Requirements: 1) Business related major is preferred 2) Fluent oral English and good writing skill on both English and Chinese 3) Good communication skill in both Chinese and English language, be able to communicate with cross function teams and stakeholders 4) Good computer skills, know how to run basic Office, Excel and PPT. and know how to run complicated company IT system 5) Be organized and discipline, and can work under time pressure and have a sense of urgency 6) Easy going personality and be a fast learner 7) Can commit to work in office at least 4 days a week(prefer 5 days) for 3 months
