Responsibilities: - Assist for interview arrangement, telephone screen etc. - Staff activities organization - Calculation of attendance sheet - Effective maintenance of the employee database and personal files - Admin related support - Document filing and maintenance. - Other ad-hoc assignment Qualifications: - Can work at least 3 days per week, full-time work strongly preferred - Smart, quick learner - Good English skills - On 3rd year of a bachelor degree or 1st year of a master degree from reputable universities
