Basic Requirement •Guarantee student identity during the whole internship •Guarantee a consecutive 6-month internship, 5 working days full time per week •Starting date September 2017

Brief Description of Assignment •Assist MFA Body-in-White Commodity Lead to set up nomination packages including BZA planning, technical one pager construction(30%) •Assist MFA Body-in-White Commodity Lead to organize meetings, manage meeting minutes(30%) •Support Anlaufbrik issue tracking with BBAC for localization project (parts delivery, quality issue)(30%) •Facilitate administrative and organizational activities for the team(10%)

Qualification Requirement          •University student with Engineering background, e.g. Automotive, Mechanical engineering, etc •Experience of Project management in automobile industry is expected •Solid skills of written and spoken English is a must, good knowledge of German language is expected •Excellent knowledge in MS Office is essential, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fit in a multi-cultural working environment •Proactive and willing to learn new things
