JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Public Relationship & Brand Communication
• Follow up daily media shooting requests to maximize brand visibility on key fashion/lifestyle titles
• Establish and maintain good relationship with fashions editors and stylists
• PR sample stock management: including daily shooting sample in&out, seasonal sample order, sample stock-take and return
• Monthly Media list maintenance,
• PR assets assortment and development: press release translation and preparation, PR assets
• Implement PR communication calendar to ensure in time press release distribution
• PR reporting: monitor clipping house on daily clipping updates to HQ, weekly internal best clipping/vip news sharing, weekly editorial pitch list, monthly editorial reports
• Support press events: work closely with PR agency on press arrangement and hosting, press itinerary, room drop, welcome letter and on-site hospitality; Post-event clipping and report follow-up
Retail Marketing
• Based on merchandising calendar to gain regular basis brand exposure on landlord’s 360 social platforms
• Maintain relationship with landlord marketing team
• Campaign based in-mall and downtown OOH amplifications: seek qualified in-mall brand promotion opportunities to ensure offline brand visibility in key door key city; prepare media request and deliverables; campaign end report preparation
Others
• Monthly payment application and expense tracking
• Cross functional communication within the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, in fashion industry is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong network of fashion/fashion trade/institutional media contacts.
Knowledge of the fashion industry.
