Major Responsibilities include:Mainly support the recruitment activities on:o Post JD on the website.o CV screeningo Contact graduate for interview arrangement.o Onsite support on the campus champion.o Coordinate in the whole recruitment of various positions including CV screening, selecting, and interview arrangement.Support HR daily operations on:Provide performance/promotion review and foreigner’s working permit related administrative support.Provide support on agency staff’s info. collection, consolidation and record.Fuel card temporary management for some high-level employees.Responsible for HR stationery management, daily courier receiving and delivering.And other ad hoc administrative tasks HR Manager assigned.Experience & Background Skills Required:At least 4 days/week available, last for 6 monthsGood communication and personality skillWilling to learn and work under pressureLanguage: English and Chinese, in written and oral level.Good IT skills, Microsoft Windows packages
