1.    Bachelor degree or above in pharmacology, medicine, biology or related discipline. 2.    Experience on animal experiments, especially small animals. 3.    Good experimental skills 4.    Able to read literature 5.    Strong responsibility, good understanding and team work spirit. 6.    Good at data analysis using Office software and other statistical software. 7.    Good written skill in English and Chinese 职责： 1.    Finish the internal and external studies under the direction of SRA and study director 2.    Establishment of novel tumor models in mice and rats 3.    Draft the protocol and report, update data and work on the related paper work 4.    Report to the Scientist
