Job Description l Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates l Support senior consultant to search talent candidates via cold call, database, network, SNS etc l Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool of CVs l Set up sourcing plans including target companies, candidates sourcing directions etc l Search for suitable target candidates, including through telephone l Arrange appointments and confirm time with both consultant and candidates l Keep updating with senior consultants during the whole process of cases. l Can finish the target recommendation every month l Identify candidates’ motivation and qualification l Present the profile to the consultant to further justify the candidates l Phone interview and arrange face-to-face interview for senior consultant l Make candidates’ reports and CVs input l Contact and select possible candidates l Accomplish other necessary tasks as required Qualifications: l Diploma+ with any major (Chemical & Engineering or relevant to similar major will be priority ) l Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills l Extrovert - strong telephone skills l Ability of searching and mapping l Quick learner and slippery mind l A background in recruiting other sales professionals is ideal l Stress management and work with passion l Proficient in written and spoken English Job Description : 1. 通过不同渠道对市场高级人才进行地毯式搜寻 2. 主动与候选人沟通,包括打CC(cold call) 3. 维护与客户的关系,保持一个long term的友好和谐互动合作关系 4. 完善人才库,及时更新候选人简历,协助leader完成跟进等工作 Something Specialist: 1. 本科及以上学历 2. 良好的英语听说读写能力 4. 强大的责任感与自我提升的决心 5. 有销售经验或人力资源管理专业的同学优先 6. 2016应届生,大四实习生
