职位描述：

We are champions of the AECOM brand, driving growth, inspiring loyalty and engaging employees through expert communications counsel, initiatives and storytelling. Our efforts celebrate and showcase the passion and expertise of AECOM employees around the globe who are focused on building a better world.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate communication collaterals production, e.g. brochures, posters, corporate gifts, newsletters, etc.

Support creation and maintenance of communications materials - copywriting, translation, proofreading, etc.

Assist with media inquiries

Website maintenance

Daily administration - filing, database updates, etc.

Requirements:

Undergraduate student in junior year or higher; Major in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other related subjects preferred

Good command of English reading and writing

Dedicated and motivated with strong communication skills

Strong sense of responsibility with team spirits

Quick learner and detail-oriented

Good at MS EXCEL, PPT, WORD, PHOTOSHOP is a plus

On board ASAP; 4 days per week, 6 weeks at least

Location: Shanghai (No. 500 Zhengli Road, Yangpu District, Metro Line 10 Jiangwan Stadium Station)
