Procurement IT & FM Sourcing - Intern

Job Description:

1.           Support Covestro Business Service Procurement IT & Facility Management sourcing team in CITI on relevant sourcing operation activities

·            Support to handle in SAP systems purchase order creation 

·            order follow-up including goods delivery, payment tracking, filing and archiving, etc

·            Internal stakeholders’ communication

2.           Support on the follow-up with external suppliers

·            Sourcing activities support including commercial terms clarification, simple negotiation, business analysis, etc

·            Support implementation on administrations in sourcing operation

·            Vendor contacts maintenance

3.      System acquisition to facilitate daily business, like sourcing e-auction tool, contract management tool, e-procurement catalog, SAP, etc

Requirement:

·            Bachelor degree or above; college student (Supply chain, logistics, business administration, etc are preferred) 

·            Excellent English skills (both oral and written) and good command of Microsoft office skills

·            At least 3 days per week 

·            Ability to work under pressure in a reasonable work load 

·            Quick learner with good logical thinking and be proactive 

              Be proactive and have strong sense of ownership and responsibilities

·             Willing to work in a team
