This internship position is designed to be exposed to all facets under Talent team including Campus Recruitment and Talent Development. .
Main Responsibility:
Provide assistance to corporate leadership training programs
Provide assistance to China talent development projects and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team
Support overall 2016 campus recruitment
Qualification:
Grade 3 in university or grade 1 in graduate school are preferred
Proactive and down-to-earth attitude for job, quick learner
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Passionate about learning and getting experience in HR function
At least 4 days a week, prefer long-term internship of 6 months
