Job Description: 1. To do recruitment related work, include but not limited to: - Get familiar with all open job requirements; - Call potential candidates to know if the match the job or not; - Arrange interviews; - Other related tasks.
2. Other HR & Admin related work, include but not limited to: - Handle check in & out related process, Visa applications; - Keep an eye on office visitors office environments; - Help to arrange/organize meetings, trainings, team activities; - Keep good touch with externals such as FESCO Adecco, Labor Bureau,Exit-Entry Administration Bureau etc.; - Other related tasks.
Requirements: 1. English CET 6 or higher level, major in English or Human Resources Management preferred 2. With good patience and highly responsibility 3. Good communication skills with internals and externals, good teamwork spirit 4. Can work efficiently under high pressure 5. Can work at least 3 days/week
