Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

·         Assist sourcing leader to support marketing& sales teams’ events by reviewing cost and compliance.

·         Take initiative to work with peers, stakeholders and suppliers to promote result delivered.

·         Support online Oracle system using and work smartly to reach right resources to resolve system problem if happen.

·         Support sourcing leader by running data report for analysis.

·         Support to handle payment issues, price inquiry, cost analysis, process inquiry.

·         Deal with contracts and other documents filing, maintain sourcing database.

Qualifications:

1.       6 months Full-time internship at least 4-day a week at office, on-board date: ASAP in Oct.

2.       Demonstrated solution-driven orientation and execution focus.

3.       Work initiative, proactive, smart, with high sense of responsibility.

4.       Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);

5.       Fluency in Chinese and written English.

6.       Good in office software, excel, word, outlook, ppt, etc..
