Recruiting Specialist Job Description

Position Overview

The Recruiting Specialist is a position within the Online Tutoring Department at ALO7. The RS works to ensure both quantity and quality of tutors. The main duties involve daily recruiting activities and timely communication with candidates. The RS also collaborates with other departments to ensure ultimate recruiting experience for tutors and delivery of high quality tutors for partner schools.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily application screening and interview candidates

2. Be responsible to manage full cycle recruitment, including but not limited to teacher interview, screening and onboarding

3. Provide professional teacher support

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree a minimum, teaching experience preferred

2. Experience with teacher recruitment, especially North American teacher recruitment

3. Fluent verbal English, cross-cultural understanding, experience studying or living in the US preferred

4. Excellent communication skills, fast learner and ability to work under pressure

5. Results-oriented; ability to finish all kinds of tasks within the deadline and prioritize multiple initiatives
