- To ensure the Safety &Accuracy of internal, external and staff payments - To ensure payments for all Decathlon subsidiaries could be processed ON TIME - To ensure accuracy of accounting treatment related to payments - To ensure all payment has been processed according to PBOC& SAFE regulation. - To ensure the good communication with bank & internal department JOB DUTIES - In charge of Bank reconciliation for payment accounts. - In charge of all kinds of payment, including web bank, specific platform as Alipay, Wepay, payment system. - Maintain good relationship with bank, guarantee the cash security, minimize the financial cost. - Declare FX cash flow according to SAFE regulation. - Master the finance tools in order to guarantee the accuracy of payment & accounting treatment - Filing payment documents
